In recent news, we had a pre season camp in poland a week or so back. boring as a yarn about roofing but we at least we got some decent training done. i shed about 3kg in 8 days. in relation to that, i have currently got a dirty great big moustache to rival that of tom selleck when he was in Magnum P.I., because i made a bet with our head trainer that i could get down to 104kg. unfortunatly with the amount of weights im doing, my weight aint goin to come down, so i've revised a new target - to get down to 13% body fat. for those of you who have just spluttered a mouthful of yr morning coffee over yr computer screen or choked on yr breakfast donut in convulsive shock/laughter, i say f#*k you. i will do this, or by the wrath of god all my hair falls out and i develop a vein on my leg.....

This is outstanding, Baldricks fatloss extravaganza published on the net. Unfortunately I must remind the viewers that this tiresome crusade is a recurring cycle. A couple more weeks the fatstripping pills will be gone and the McDonalds swipe card will be back in the wallet nestled comfortably in it's rightful place beside the photo of his wife.
